The Chateau Montagne
An Elegant Mountain Retreat for Families to Enjoy. This 3 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom Residence offers Ski Mountain views from each room. The Residence is furnished with antiques, original art and unique furniture pieces including a custommade cowhide chair and perfectly equipped for families traveling with children. The Residence offers Ski Mountain views from each room and the French doors off the living area lead to a private terrace that features outdoor seating and wonderful views of the Ski Mountain.
The Entry to the “Chateau Montagne” is accented with original art including a Jerry Thrashers painting called “Tranquil Morning” and a bronze sculpture by Georgia Gerber of a “Suncat” that is predominantly displayed on the French antique entry table.
The Family Room features a moss stone fireplace, wood coffer ceiling and French doors that lead to a private terrace. Relax on the comfortable leather sofa or custom made cowhide chair and enjoy a movie on the 32” TV with premium cable, surround sound and a selection of DVD movies. The antiques add to the warmth of this room including the Apothecary Drawer made of Mahogany and the Louis Vuttion steamer the bronze sculpture, “Camp Chores”, by Jim Gilmore is a beautiful accent to the fireplace mantle.
The Dining Area offers a full service of Wedgwood China and crystal which is perfect for entertaining. It features a Lorts custom dining table and chairs that can accommodate up to eight. The unique antique chandelier and Pino artwork accent the dining area beautifully.
The spacious, wellequipped kitchen of Alder wood and granite features stateoftheart appliances from the Thermador cooktop to the Subzero refrigerator. The kitchen bar features four barstools and is accented with pin lights. The antique English bamboo cabinet provides additional storage space for this fully equipped kitchen.
The Master Bedroom features a King Bed with a custom made duvet. The corner fireplace adds to the coziness of this Master Suite. The wood armoire holds a 32” TV with DVD and a Bose radio. The Antique English writing desk provides guests a workspace to stay organized.
The extra large master bathroom features Italian marble tile, heated floor, twoperson Jacuzzi tub and steam shower.
The log furniture is perfect for the “boys” room. This room can accommodate up to three with its full bed and bunk beds with custom made bedding. The two 27” TVs with CD/DVD and game cube provide for additional entertainment if needed. This room has a private bathroom with a shower.
The twin beds in the “girls” room can also be combined to form a king bed. The custom bedding and pink walls offer a fun destination for the girls and a quite place to call their own.
