The dates available are released in one week intervals from Saturday to Saturday. Stays that fall within that pattern will have a greater likelihood of availability. The property has a large, year-round pool and patio area with two hot tubs, lounge chairs, BBQ grills, steam and sauna with a private changing area. While staying at the Kiva, you can enjoy complimentary wireless Internet, a washer and dryer in every home, and covered parking. Please note that there is no air conditioning in these vacation rentals. Complimentary Village Transportation shuttle is available to take guests anywhere within Beaver Creek Resort.
