A designated ski locker for each home ensures you have safe storage of your equipment when you’re not on the mountain. Village Transportation provides complimentary door to door service anywhere within Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch. Guests staying in these residences may also use the pool and hot tubs at the Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch.

The Kiva is conveniently located in upper Beaver Creek and features its own ski-way just steps from the end of the building that provides easy ski-in, ski-out access to the slopes of Beaver Creek Mountain. The Kiva, privately tucked away on the Eastern side of Beaver Creek in the Highlands area, gives you the feeling of being away from everything and close to the action at the same time. Residences are spacious, with large bedrooms and en suite baths.
