This property is also just a short walk to the Arrowhead pool and hot tubs which are open summer and winter seasons. Enjoy the village to village ski experience or take the free shuttle bus to Bachelor Gulch or Beaver Creek. A private vehicle is recommended for evening transportation.

Located in The Highlands, the aptly named Highlands Slopeside’s three-bedroom homes offer both spectacular mountain views and dramatic valley vistas. For guests looking for a luxury, on-mountain vacation rental, these bi-level residences provide the perfect solution. Guests can ski in and out from the patios of several of these residences; the rest utilize the convenient first floor ski locker room, with access right onto the Haymeadow run. Relax in the property’s great room, complete with a stone fireplace and a deck overlooking the slopes. It’s hard to beat Highlands Slopeside for the views, ski access or comfort.

The Village Hall Condominiums are a favorite among guests wishing to be in the middle of the action. The property is perfectly situated, just steps from the Centennial chairlift and the village plaza. You can walk to all of the village restaurants and shops within minutes. Garage parking and ski lockers are available on site.

Bear Paw offers comfortable, ski-in/ski-out three- and four-bedroom residences in the beautiful Bachelor Gulch area. Nestled in an aspen grove, these homes feature hardwood floors, beautiful stone fireplaces, spacious kitchens and private patios or balconies. Ski access for guests at Bear Paw is mere steps from each building onto the Cabin Fever run. You’ll be at the base of Bachelor Gulch in a matter of minutes. Three hot tubs and a year-round outdoor heated pool are located on the property, just a short walk from the residences. Each home has the additional luxury of underground heated parking. A designated ski locker for each home ensures you have safe storage of your equipment when you’re not on the mountain. Village Transportation provides complimentary door to door service anywhere within Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch. Guests staying in these residences may also use the pool and hot tubs at the Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch.

Market Square Condominiums are located in the center of the Beaver Creek village just above the Vilar Performing Arts Center. These 1 and 2 bedroom residences are perfect for guests looking to stay in the heart of the village. Each home is uniquely decorated to cater to the cozy feel of the mountain lodge charm that so many ski vacationers desire. All condos feature a bluestone gas-fireplace, hardwood-floors and washer and dryer. Beaver Creek boutiques and restaurants and year-round ice skating rink are all an easy walk from the front door of Market Square. Guests are put at ease when they discover that the Beaver Creek Ski School and the Centennial Express Chairlift are simply an escalator ride away. Additionally, Market Square offers ski lockers and complimentary underground heated parking.

The Kiva is conveniently located in upper Beaver Creek and features its own ski-way just steps from the end of the building that provides easy ski-in, ski-out access to the slopes of Beaver Creek Mountain. The Kiva, privately tucked away on the Eastern side of Beaver Creek in the Highlands area, gives you the feeling of being away from everything and close to the action at the same time. Residences are spacious, with large bedrooms and en suite baths. The property has a large, year-round pool and patio area with two hot tubs, lounge chairs, BBQ grills, steam and sauna with a private changing area. While staying at the Kiva, you can enjoy complimentary wireless Internet, a washer and dryer in every home, and covered parking.
