Located in Beaver Creek Village, the Centennial Lodge is within walking distance of more than 50 shops and galleries. Indulge yourself at one of the fine restaurants in Beaver Creek Resort and experience an evening at the Vilar Center for the Arts. Guests of the twenty-nine uniquely designed and decorated residences enjoy privacy, comfort, and the utmost in personalized service. Market Square Condominiums are located in the center of the Beaver Creek village just above the Vilar Performing Arts Center. Bear Paw offers comfortable, ski-in/ski-out three- and four-bedroom residences in the beautiful Bachelor Gulch area. Ski access for guests at Bear Paw is mere steps from each building onto the Cabin Fever run. You’ll be at the base of Bachelor Gulch in a matter of minutes. Three hot tubs and a year-round outdoor heated pool are located on the property, just a short walk from the residences. Each home has the additional luxury of underground heated parking. A designated ski locker for each home ensures you have safe storage of your equipment when you’re not on the mountain. Village Transportation provides complimentary door to door service anywhere within Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch. Guests staying in these residences may also use the pool and hot tubs at the Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch.

The Kiva is conveniently located in upper Beaver Creek and features its own ski-way just steps from the end of the building that provides easy ski-in, ski-out access to the slopes of Beaver Creek Mountain. The Kiva, privately tucked away on the Eastern side of Beaver Creek in the Highlands area, gives you the feeling of being away from everything and close to the action at the same time. Residences are spacious, with large bedrooms and en suite baths. The property has a large, year-round pool and patio area with two hot tubs, lounge chairs, BBQ grills, steam and sauna with a private changing area.
