Founded in 1983, the Charter at Beaver Creek has been a hospitality mainstay in the Vail Valley.

Located in the heart of Beaver Creek Village, St. James Place provides easy access to the ski slopes as well as Beaver Creek Village’s shopping plaza, restaurants, Vilar Center for the performing arts, and year-round ice-skating rink. Onsite amenities include an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a fitness center, ski storage, and heated underground parking. Condominiums range in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms, each with a full kitchen, fireplace, and washer/dryer.

The Aspens townhomes in Beaver Creek enjoy incredible ski-out access directly from the back door to the Elkhorn Chairlift. These townhomes are perfectly suited for larger groups or corporate retreats. Relax and unwind in the spacious great room with fireplace or in the private hot tub off the back of the home. Buffalo Park is a spacious condominium located near the base of the Arrowhead chairlift. With gorgeous mountain views and a quick walk to the Arrowhead chairlift, this 2,700 square foot condominium offers vaulted ceilings, a huge living room, underground parking, in-unit washer and dryer, and a spacious deck overlooking the slopes. Guests of Buffalo Park can use the summer and winter season Arrowhead pool and hot tubs located just down the street. In the winter, Dial-A-Ride bus service is available during the day to take you to Beaver Creek. A private vehicle is recommended for evening transportation.
