Onsite amenities include an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a fitness center, ski storage, and heated underground parking. Condominiums range in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms, each with a full kitchen, fireplace, and washer/dryer.

The Kiva is conveniently located in upper Beaver Creek and features its own ski-way just steps from the end of the building that provides easy ski-in, ski-out access to the slopes of Beaver Creek Mountain. The Kiva, privately tucked away on the Eastern side of Beaver Creek in the Highlands area, gives you the feeling of being away from everything and close to the action at the same time. Residences are spacious, with large bedrooms and en suite baths. The property has a large, year-round pool and patio area with two hot tubs, lounge chairs, BBQ grills, steam and sauna with a private changing area.
