Aspenwood Lodge is located at the base of the Arrowhead ski village, just a short walk to the ski slopes. Condos each have a full kitchen, private deck, washer/dryer, and underground parking for one vehicle. This property is also just a short walk to the Arrowhead pool and hot tubs which are open summer and winter seasons. Enjoy the village to village ski experience or take the free shuttle bus to Bachelor Gulch or Beaver Creek. A private vehicle is recommended for evening transportation.

Arrowhead Village, a quiet and peaceful community located just two miles west of Beaver Creek, features both condominiums and private homes. Condominiums are located within 250 yards of the Arrowhead ski lift (premium and deluxe condominiums are less than a five-minute walk to the ski lift). Private homes are either walking distance or a short (up to 1 mile) shuttle ride to the lift. Arrowhead Village offers a community pool, hot tubs, outdoor fire pit (winter only), restaurant (winter only) and other amenities. Arrowhead Village is great for families who want to eat in several nights a week or let their children explore the resort in a safe and friendly environment. Guests can enjoy European-style, village-to-village skiing between Arrowhead and Bachelor Gulch villages. A car is recommended for those who want to venture out of the village for more dining options and other activities.

Hyatt Mountain Lodge, designed in the tradition of European alpine architecture, is located in the heart of Beaver Creek. Guests are just across the street from shopping and dining, as well as the year-round ice-skating rink and Vilar Performing Arts Center. Ski-ways are just steps from the ski locker room and provide ski-in/ski-out access to and from the Elkhorn Lift and the slopes. Outside, the year round heated pool, hot tubs and comfortable lounge chairs entice skiers after a day on the slopes. Just off the lobby, a fitness center awaits those who want an extra work out. The two- and three-bedroom suites are designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Every suite has a fully equipped custom kitchen, fireplace, flat screen TVs in every bedroom, washer and dryer and jetted soaking tub in the master. The studios have all the comforts of home on a smaller scale: fully equipped kitchenette, fireplace, flat screen TV and a jetted soaking tub. Complimentary laundry facilities are available on the third floor. Please note that the Hyatt Mountain Lodge is a shared ownership property. The dates available are released in one week intervals from Saturday to Saturday. Stays that fall within that pattern will have a greater likelihood of availability. Dates that cross over from one week to another are not likely to be available.

Guests of the twenty-nine uniquely designed and decorated residences enjoy privacy, comfort, and the utmost in personalized service. Each two or three bedroom residence also offers spacious living and dining spaces, and a gourmet kitchen. Property amenities include an indoor hot tub and outdoor pool, and underground parking.

The Ascent is located adjacent to the main entrance to the world-class Beaver Creek Resort with convenient access to the town of Avon. Beauty is in the details of The Ascent. Each residence features attractively appointed granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, a gas fireplace, a washer and dryer in the home, dark wood floors, and air conditioning. Guests at The Ascent enjoy a heated indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor patio with fireplace and hot tub, fitness center, steam room, reading room, youth game room, adult sports lounge, ski storage lockers, on-site outdoor parking, and during ski season skier shuttle is available. The shuttle schedule is posted in the ski locker room and is subject to change.

Beaver Creek Landing is a luxury ski-in/ski-out property located in the valley of Beaver Creek Resort. The Lower Beaver Creek Mountain Express chairlift is mere steps from the private ski locker rooms, providing direct access to the slopes of Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek. Gather around the fireplace in the lobby and watch TV or play pool, foosball or chess on the oversized coffee table board. Guests at Beaver Creek Landing can enjoy access to the year-round outdoor pool and hot tubs, fire pit, and on-site fitness facility. Hop on Village Transportation right next to the lift to travel up into the heart of Beaver Creek Village in a matter of minutes. All the two- and three-bedroom residences have high-end finishes including gas fireplaces, upscale kitchens, wood floors, air conditioning, washers and dryers, complimentary wireless Internet and heated underground parking.

The Kiva is conveniently located in upper Beaver Creek and features its own ski-way just steps from the end of the building that provides easy ski-in, ski-out access to the slopes of Beaver Creek Mountain. The Kiva, privately tucked away on the Eastern side of Beaver Creek in the Highlands area, gives you the feeling of being away from everything and close to the action at the same time. Residences are spacious, with large bedrooms and en suite baths. The property has a large, year-round pool and patio area with two hot tubs, lounge chairs, BBQ grills, steam and sauna with a private changing area. While staying at the Kiva, you can enjoy complimentary wireless Internet, a washer and dryer in every home, and covered parking. Please note that there is no air conditioning in these vacation rentals. Complimentary Village Transportation shuttle is available to take guests anywhere within Beaver Creek Resort.

Bear Paw offers comfortable, ski-in/ski-out three- and four-bedroom residences in the beautiful Bachelor Gulch area. Nestled in an aspen grove, these homes feature hardwood floors, beautiful stone fireplaces, spacious kitchens and private patios or balconies. Ski access for guests at Bear Paw is mere steps from each building onto the Cabin Fever run. You’ll be at the base of Bachelor Gulch in a matter of minutes. Three hot tubs and a year-round outdoor heated pool are located on the property, just a short walk from the residences. Each home has the additional luxury of underground heated parking. A designated ski locker for each home ensures you have safe storage of your equipment when you’re not on the mountain. Village Transportation provides complimentary door to door service anywhere within Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch. Guests staying in these residences may also use the pool and hot tubs at the Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch.
