Founded in 1983, the Charter at Beaver Creek has been a hospitality mainstay in the Vail Valley.

The Pines Lodge, A RockResort, provides a unique blend of European Alpine charm and modern luxury. Guests—and their pooches—are greeted by relaxation and rejuvenation from the moment they enter. A diner’s delight, the AAA Four Diamond Grouse Mountain Grill attracts guests and non-guests alike, and four-legged guests will enjoy noshing on the Pines’ homemade dog treats. Sixty cozy guest rooms feature rich pine touches, oversized beds and luxurious linens. Guest room amenities include boot warmers, flat-screen TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, refrigerators, coffee makers, docking stats for iPods and RockResort Spa bath amenities. Those with a large brood will enjoy staying the Pines’ 3 bedroom condominiums complete with spacious common areas, gourmet kitchens, Jacuzzi tubs, onsite washer/dryer and fireplaces. One of the Pines’ best features is its view. From one side of the property, guests are treated to scenes of the slopes and the other treats onlookers to Gore Mountain vistas.

The Osprey, A RockResort is an intimate mountain lodge, located just yards from the Strawberry Park Express chairlift, and within walking distance to Beaver Creek Village’s lauded shopping plaza and restaurants. Accommodations include hotel rooms and suites. Additional amenities include daily maid service, 24-hour front desk, ski storage, valet parking, conference facilities, lobby lounge, renowned golf course and a complimentary resort shuttle service. Located in the heart of Beaver Creek Village, St. James Place provides easy access to the ski slopes as well as Beaver Creek Village’s shopping plaza, restaurants, Vilar Center for the performing arts, and year-round ice-skating rink. Onsite amenities include an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a fitness center, ski storage, and heated underground parking. Condominiums range in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms, each with a full kitchen, fireplace, and washer/dryer.

The Ascent is located adjacent to the main entrance to the world-class Beaver Creek Resort with convenient access to the town of Avon. Beauty is in the details of The Ascent. Each residence features attractively appointed granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, a gas fireplace, a washer and dryer in the home, dark wood floors, and air conditioning. Guests at The Ascent enjoy a heated indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor patio with fireplace and hot tub, fitness center, steam room, reading room, youth game room, adult sports lounge, ski storage lockers, on-site outdoor parking, and during ski season skier shuttle is available. The shuttle schedule is posted in the ski locker room and is subject to change.

Sheraton Mountain Vista Villas, nestled at the base of Beaver Creek ski resort, is located within easy access of the best the Vail Valley has to offer. As the resort’s name alludes, the alpine scenery here is spectacular. Each one-bedroom or one-bedroom larger villa can accommodate four guests and offers amenities ideal for a ski vacation. From the elegant furnishing to the fully equipped kitchens and well equipped kitchenettes, each villa offers a tranquil place to relax after a day on the slopes

Poised at the foot of Beaver Creek Mountain, the Park Hyatt of Beaver Creek offers every conceivable luxury. You'll find a warm drink and a blanket by the outdoor fire pit an irresistible way to end a perfect day of skiing. Experience all Beaver Creek has to offer while you are pampered at the Park Hyatt. Inside, the residences at the Hyatt are accessed via a private elevator. The mountain is just outside the front door and the village shops and restaurants are out the back. Additional key features include views of town, heated underground parking, full conference services, executive board room, championship golf courses, tennis courts and a fully equipped kitchen.

Hyatt Mountain Lodge, designed in the tradition of European alpine architecture, is located in the heart of Beaver Creek. Guests are just across the street from shopping and dining, as well as the year-round ice-skating rink and Vilar Performing Arts Center. Ski-ways are just steps from the ski locker room and provide ski-in/ski-out access to and from the Elkhorn Lift and the slopes. Outside, the year round heated pool, hot tubs and comfortable lounge chairs entice skiers after a day on the slopes. Just off the lobby, a fitness center awaits those who want an extra work out. The two- and three-bedroom suites are designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Every suite has a fully equipped custom kitchen, fireplace, flat screen TVs in every bedroom, washer and dryer and jetted soaking tub in the master. The studios have all the comforts of home on a smaller scale: fully equipped kitchenette, fireplace, flat screen TV and a jetted soaking tub. Complimentary laundry facilities are available on the third floor. Please note that the Hyatt Mountain Lodge is a shared ownership property. The dates available are released in one week intervals from Saturday to Saturday. Stays that fall within that pattern will have a greater likelihood of availability. Dates that cross over from one week to another are not likely to be available.

Aspenwood Lodge is located at the base of the Arrowhead ski village, just a short walk to the ski slopes. Condos each have a full kitchen, private deck, washer/dryer, and underground parking for one vehicle. This property is also just a short walk to the Arrowhead pool and hot tubs which are open summer and winter seasons. Enjoy the village to village ski experience or take the free shuttle bus to Bachelor Gulch or Beaver Creek. A private vehicle is recommended for evening transportation.
