Newly remodeled, the home is a masterpiece accented by multistory windows, spacious living spaces and world-class furnishings. The main floor follows an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, rustic hardwood floors and sweeping views of Beaver Creek Mountain. Open to the main living area is a formal dining room with 10 guest chairs and a private patio featuring beautiful vistas of the surrounding landscape. Adjoining in the gourmet kitchen are commercial-grade appliances, state of the art kitchenware, spacious work area, bar seating for three and a breakfast nook for six. Just off the kitchen you’ll find a second patio leading to a private hot tub to help you unwind and soak under the stars. Upstairs a loft office overlooks the main level and a neighboring guest suite offers a king bed and private bath. Four additional bedrooms, each with a full bath, are split between the main floor and lower level. Down a few steps, the sunken living room has contemporary furnishings around a stone fireplace, floor to ceiling windows and walk-out access to the back patio. Upstairs, three bedrooms offer guests a choice of sleep space. Two guest rooms include king beds and the third two full beds. Each room is impeccably appointed with plush bedding and flat screen TVs and additional bedding is offered by the queen sleeper sofa in the living room. All guests also enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, covered parking and an outdoor pool and hot tub within the complex.
