The Charter at Beaver Creek offers a complete retreat for ski enthusiasts and relaxation seekers alike. The Charter has conveniently located steps from village amenities, shops, restaurants, and the ski slopes at Beaver Creek Resort. Located in the heart of Beaver Creek Village, St. James Place provides easy access to the ski slopes as well as Beaver Creek Village’s shopping plaza, restaurants, Vilar Center for the performing arts, and year-round ice-skating rink. Onsite amenities include an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a fitness center, ski storage, and heated underground parking. Condominiums range in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms, each with a full kitchen, fireplace, and washer/dryer.

The Enclave offers individual homes situated along the Beaver Creek Golf Course. These spacious homes have large windows, vaulted ceilings and access to snowshoeing on the golf course. The complimentary resort Dial-A-Ride shuttle makes getting to the village and slopes a breeze. Guests enjoy two outdoor hot tubs year-round, and a tennis court and heated pool in the summer.

Arrowhead Village, a quiet and peaceful community located just two miles west of Beaver Creek, features both condominiums and private homes. Condominiums are located within 250 yards of the Arrowhead ski lift (premium and deluxe condominiums are less than a five-minute walk to the ski lift). Private homes are either walking distance or a short (up to 1 mile) shuttle ride to the lift. Arrowhead Village offers a community pool, hot tubs, outdoor fire pit (winter only), restaurant (winter only) and other amenities. Arrowhead Village is great for families who want to eat in several nights a week or let their children explore the resort in a safe and friendly environment. Sky Watch is a collection of private homes, ranging in sizes of 6 and 7 bedrooms, located in Bachelor Gulch. These homes are located slopeside and feature magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. Key features include vaulted ceilings and designer decor, gourmet kitchens with granite countertops, and a spacious great room.

Offering a complete ski vacation experience, the Westin Riverfront invites guests to ski Beaver Creek’s famed slopes, relax at the 27,000-square-foot Spa Anjali and indulge in fine dining at its signature restaurant Maya.
