Ski access for guests at Bear Paw is mere steps from each building onto the Cabin Fever run. You’ll be at the base of Bachelor Gulch in a matter of minutes. Three hot tubs and a year-round outdoor heated pool are located on the property, just a short walk from the residences.
Each home has the additional luxury of underground heated parking. A designated ski locker for each home ensures you have safe storage of your equipment when you’re not on the mountain. Village Transportation provides complimentary door to door service anywhere within Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch. Guests staying in these residences may also use the pool and hot tubs at the Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch.

Trip Cancellation Policy
CHANGES:
- A $100.00 per person change fee will be assessed per change on any deposited reservation.
- Client will pay for any actual penalties assessed or rate changes incurred by the lodging, airline or other vendors.
CANCELLATION-REFUND-NO SHOW:
- Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to arrival will be assessed $100.00 per person plus any fees and/or penalties assessed by the Lodging establishment and other vendors.
- If notice of cancellation is received 30 days or less prior to arrival, package is non-refundable. There is no refund for late arrival or early departure.
- No show, no refund.
- If purchasing airline tickets through us, they will be non-refundable once ticketed as mandated by the airlines.
