Conveniently located, Centennial Chairlift is a short ski down and all the village shops and restaurants are just steps away. Inside, the home spans two levels of cozy and comfortable living space. Just off the main entry, the kitchen has everything needed to whip up a delicious family meal and the breakfast bar and dining table combine to seat nine. Down a few steps, the sunken living room has contemporary furnishings around a stone fireplace, floor to ceiling windows and walk-out access to the back patio. Upstairs, three bedrooms offer guests a choice of sleep space. Two guest rooms include king beds and the third two full beds. Each room is impeccably appointed with plush bedding and flat screen TVs and additional bedding is offered by the queen sleeper sofa in the living room. All guests also enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, covered parking and an outdoor pool and hot tub within the complex.

Overlooking the championship fairways of Beaver Creek Golf Course, the townhomes at Ridgepoint are situated among peaceful rolling foothills. Convenient access to the ski slopes and village is provided by the resort's free Dial-A-Ride shuttle service. Ridgepoint guests enjoy an outdoor hot tub year round and an outdoor pool in the summer months. These spacious townhomes feature vaulted ceilings, fireplaces, complimentary wireless internet, washer and dryers, two decks and complimentary parking.

The Enclave offers individual homes situated along the Beaver Creek Golf Course. These spacious homes have large windows, vaulted ceilings and access to snowshoeing on the golf course. The complimentary resort Dial-A-Ride shuttle makes getting to the village and slopes a breeze. Guests enjoy two outdoor hot tubs year-round, and a tennis court and heated pool in the summer.

Hyatt Mountain Lodge, designed in the tradition of European alpine architecture, is located in the heart of Beaver Creek. Guests are just across the street from shopping and dining, as well as the year-round ice-skating rink and Vilar Performing Arts Center. Ski-ways are just steps from the ski locker room and provide ski-in/ski-out access to and from the Elkhorn Lift and the slopes. Outside, the year round heated pool, hot tubs and comfortable lounge chairs entice skiers after a day on the slopes. Just off the lobby, a fitness center awaits those who want an extra work out. The two- and three-bedroom suites are designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Every suite has a fully equipped custom kitchen, fireplace, flat screen TVs in every bedroom, washer and dryer and jetted soaking tub in the master. The studios have all the comforts of home on a smaller scale: fully equipped kitchenette, fireplace, flat screen TV and a jetted soaking tub. Complimentary laundry facilities are available on the third floor. Please note that the Hyatt Mountain Lodge is a shared ownership property. The dates available are released in one week intervals from Saturday to Saturday. Stays that fall within that pattern will have a greater likelihood of availability. Dates that cross over from one week to another are not likely to be available.

Arrowhead Village, a quiet and peaceful community located just two miles west of Beaver Creek, features both condominiums and private homes. Condominiums are located within 250 yards of the Arrowhead ski lift (premium and deluxe condominiums are less than a five-minute walk to the ski lift). Private homes are either walking distance or a short (up to 1 mile) shuttle ride to the lift. Arrowhead Village offers a community pool, hot tubs, outdoor fire pit (winter only), restaurant (winter only) and other amenities. Arrowhead Village is great for families who want to eat in several nights a week or let their children explore the resort in a safe and friendly environment. Guests can enjoy European-style, village-to-village skiing between Arrowhead and Bachelor Gulch villages. A car is recommended for those who want to venture out of the village for more dining options and other activities.

Found next to a quiet, meandering creek, these condos offer convenience and relaxation. Guests visiting the Beaver Creek area from mid-December to early April will enjoy the ski-in/ski-out access (conditions permitting) to the phenomenal slopes of Beaver Creek Mountain. Hop on the complimentary Dial-A-Ride shuttle and in less than five minutes you can be shopping, dining or enjoying some of the year-round resort activities. These condominiums provide spacious vacation living at a price that won’t break the bank. The Kiva, privately tucked away on the Eastern side of Beaver Creek in the Highlands area, gives you the feeling of being away from everything and close to the action at the same time. Residences are spacious, with large bedrooms and en suite baths. The property has a large, year-round pool and patio area with two hot tubs, lounge chairs, BBQ grills, steam and sauna with a private changing area. While staying at the Kiva, you can enjoy complimentary wireless Internet, a washer and dryer in every home, and covered parking. Please note that there is no air conditioning in these vacation rentals. Complimentary Village Transportation shuttle is available to take guests anywhere within Beaver Creek Resort.
