Founded in 1983, the Charter at Beaver Creek has been a hospitality mainstay in the Vail Valley.

At the Elkhorn Lodge simply walk out your door and catch the Elkhorn Lift (Chair 14) for a true ski-in and ski-out experience from mid-December through March. Amenities include Ski-in/ski-out, Concierge service, Fully equipped kitchens, Ski storage, Outdoor hot tub, Patios and/or balconies in larger units, State of the art exercise facility, Fireplaces, Oversized bathrooms with jetted tubs in larger units, Washers and dryers, Heated underground parking, and Executive board room. The design and architecture of the elite Ritz-Carlton Penthouses were inspired by the grand lodges of the West and feature native materials, such as hewn logs, timbers and stone. Located on Beaver Creek Mountain at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch, the Penthouses offer an exclusive, yet convenient location to Beaver Creek Village and all excitement and adventure the Vail Valley area can provide. The Penthouses provide ski –in/ski- out access and guests have full access to the hotel’s amenities and services, including and the Ritz-Carlton’s award-winning 21,000-square-foot spa. No matter which Penthouse you choose you can enjoy a spacious and well-appointed living and sleeping areas with stone fireplaces, fully-equipped commercial kitchens and formal dining areas. Bedroom suites feature private bathrooms, some with Italian marble, steam showers, heated floors and two-person whirlpool tubs. Features include in-suite washers and dryers, air-conditioning, and hardwood floors.

Arrowhead Village, a quiet and peaceful community located just two miles west of Beaver Creek, features both condominiums and private homes. Condominiums are located within 250 yards of the Arrowhead ski lift (premium and deluxe condominiums are less than a five-minute walk to the ski lift). Private homes are either walking distance or a short (up to 1 mile) shuttle ride to the lift. Arrowhead Village offers a community pool, hot tubs, outdoor fire pit (winter only), restaurant (winter only) and other amenities. Arrowhead Village is great for families who want to eat in several nights a week or let their children explore the resort in a safe and friendly environment. Guests can enjoy European-style, village-to-village skiing between Arrowhead and Bachelor Gulch villages. A car is recommended for those who want to venture out of the village for more dining options and other activities.

The Enclave offers individual homes situated along the Beaver Creek Golf Course. These spacious homes have large windows, vaulted ceilings and access to snowshoeing on the golf course. The complimentary resort Dial-A-Ride shuttle makes getting to the village and slopes a breeze. Guests enjoy two outdoor hot tubs year-round, and a tennis court and heated pool in the summer.
