The Enclave offers individual homes situated along the Beaver Creek Golf Course. These spacious homes have large windows, vaulted ceilings and access to snowshoeing on the golf course. The complimentary resort Dial-A-Ride shuttle makes getting to the village and slopes a breeze. Guests enjoy two outdoor hot tubs year-round, and a tennis court and heated pool in the summer.

With captivating mountain surroundings and a secluded location on the Beaver Creek Golf Course, guests at the Enclave can easily enjoy all that Beaver Creek Resort has to offer. This two-level, four-bedroom residence can comfortably sleep up to 8 people. Guests will appreciate the mountain views, open floorplan and wood-burning fireplace. The design and architecture of the elite Ritz-Carlton Penthouses were inspired by the grand lodges of the West and feature native materials, such as hewn logs, timbers and stone. Bear Paw offers comfortable, ski-in/ski-out three- and four-bedroom residences in the beautiful Bachelor Gulch area. Nestled in an aspen grove, these homes feature hardwood floors, beautiful stone fireplaces, spacious kitchens and private patios or balconies. Ski access for guests at Bear Paw is mere steps from each building onto the Cabin Fever run. You’ll be at the base of Bachelor Gulch in a matter of minutes. Three hot tubs and a year-round outdoor heated pool are located on the property, just a short walk from the residences. Each home has the additional luxury of underground heated parking. A designated ski locker for each home ensures you have safe storage of your equipment when you’re not on the mountain. Village Transportation provides complimentary door to door service anywhere within Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch. Guests staying in these residences may also use the pool and hot tubs at the Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch.

The Kiva is conveniently located in upper Beaver Creek and features its own ski-way just steps from the end of the building that provides easy ski-in, ski-out access to the slopes of Beaver Creek Mountain. The Kiva, privately tucked away on the Eastern side of Beaver Creek in the Highlands area, gives you the feeling of being away from everything and close to the action at the same time. Residences are spacious, with large bedrooms and en suite baths. The property has a large, year-round pool and patio area with two hot tubs, lounge chairs, BBQ grills, steam and sauna with a private changing area. While staying at the Kiva, you can enjoy complimentary wireless Internet, a washer and dryer in every home, and covered parking. Please note that there is no air conditioning in these vacation rentals. Complimentary Village Transportation shuttle is available to take guests anywhere within Beaver Creek Resort.
