Arrowhead Village, a quiet and peaceful community located just two miles west of Beaver Creek, features both condominiums and private homes. Condominiums are located within 250 yards of the Arrowhead ski lift (premium and deluxe condominiums are less than a five-minute walk to the ski lift). Private homes are either walking distance or a short (up to 1 mile) shuttle ride to the lift. Arrowhead Village offers a community pool, hot tubs, outdoor fire pit (winter only), restaurant (winter only) and other amenities. Arrowhead Village is great for families who want to eat in several nights a week or let their children explore the resort in a safe and friendly environment. Guests can enjoy European-style, village-to-village skiing between Arrowhead and Bachelor Gulch villages. A car is recommended for those who want to venture out of the village for more dining options and other activities.

Highlands Townhome offers spectacular views of Beaver Creek Mountain, all the comforts of home and ski in, ski out access. Conveniently located, Centennial Chairlift is a short ski down and all the village shops and restaurants are just steps away. Inside, the home spans two levels of cozy and comfortable living space. Just off the main entry, the kitchen has everything needed to whip up a delicious family meal and the breakfast bar and dining table combine to seat nine. Down a few steps, the sunken living room has contemporary furnishings around a stone fireplace, floor to ceiling windows and walk-out access to the back patio. Upstairs, three bedrooms offer guests a choice of sleep space. Two guest rooms include king beds and the third two full beds. Each room is impeccably appointed with plush bedding and flat screen TVs and additional bedding is offered by the queen sleeper sofa in the living room. All guests also enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, covered parking and an outdoor pool and hot tub within the complex.

Buffalo Park is a spacious condominium located near the base of the Arrowhead chairlift. With gorgeous mountain views and a quick walk to the Arrowhead chairlift, this 2,700 square foot condominium offers vaulted ceilings, a huge living room, underground parking, in-unit washer and dryer, and a spacious deck overlooking the slopes. Guests of Buffalo Park can use the summer and winter season Arrowhead pool and hot tubs located just down the street. In the winter, Dial-A-Ride bus service is available during the day to take you to Beaver Creek. A private vehicle is recommended for evening transportation.

Chalet Campo features on-site parking, private decks, washer and dryer, complimentary wireless internet, local hot tub and access to the Highlands Lodge swimming pool and hot tubs. For a fee, guests can use the adjacent courts at the Beaver Creek Tennis Club with 5 clay and 2 hard courts (seasonal).

Hyatt Mountain Lodge, designed in the tradition of European alpine architecture, is located in the heart of Beaver Creek. Guests are just across the street from shopping and dining, as well as the year-round ice-skating rink and Vilar Performing Arts Center. Ski-ways are just steps from the ski locker room and provide ski-in/ski-out access to and from the Elkhorn Lift and the slopes. Outside, the year round heated pool, hot tubs and comfortable lounge chairs entice skiers after a day on the slopes. Just off the lobby, a fitness center awaits those who want an extra work out. The two- and three-bedroom suites are designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Every suite has a fully equipped custom kitchen, fireplace, flat screen TVs in every bedroom, washer and dryer and jetted soaking tub in the master. The studios have all the comforts of home on a smaller scale: fully equipped kitchenette, fireplace, flat screen TV and a jetted soaking tub. Complimentary laundry facilities are available on the third floor. Please note that the Hyatt Mountain Lodge is a shared ownership property. The dates available are released in one week intervals from Saturday to Saturday. Stays that fall within that pattern will have a greater likelihood of availability.
