The Kiva, privately tucked away on the Eastern side of Beaver Creek in the Highlands area, gives you the feeling of being away from everything and close to the action at the same time. Residences are spacious, with large bedrooms and en suite baths. The property has a large, year-round pool and patio area with two hot tubs, lounge chairs, BBQ grills, steam and sauna with a private changing area. While staying at the Kiva, you can enjoy complimentary wireless Internet, a washer and dryer in every home, and covered parking.
