Private homes are either walking distance or a short (up to 1 mile) shuttle ride to the lift. Arrowhead Village offers a community pool, hot tubs, outdoor fire pit (winter only), restaurant (winter only) and other amenities. Arrowhead Village is great for families who want to eat in several nights a week or let their children explore the resort in a safe and friendly environment. The Kiva is conveniently located in upper Beaver Creek and features its own ski-way just steps from the end of the building that provides easy ski-in, ski-out access to the slopes of Beaver Creek Mountain. The Kiva, privately tucked away on the Eastern side of Beaver Creek in the Highlands area, gives you the feeling of being away from everything and close to the action at the same time. Residences are spacious, with large bedrooms and en suite baths. The property has a large, year-round pool and patio area with two hot tubs, lounge chairs, BBQ grills, steam and sauna with a private changing area. While staying at the Kiva, you can enjoy complimentary wireless Internet, a washer and dryer in every home, and covered parking.
