Guests at The Ascent enjoy a heated indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor patio with fireplace and hot tub, fitness center, steam room, reading room, youth game room, adult sports lounge, ski storage lockers, on-site outdoor parking, and during ski season skier shuttle is available. The shuttle schedule is posted in the ski locker room and is subject to change.

Highlands Townhome offers spectacular views of Beaver Creek Mountain, all the comforts of home and ski in, ski out access. Conveniently located, Centennial Chairlift is a short ski down and all the village shops and restaurants are just steps away. Inside, the home spans two levels of cozy and comfortable living space. Just off the main entry, the kitchen has everything needed to whip up a delicious family meal and the breakfast bar and dining table combine to seat nine. Down a few steps, the sunken living room has contemporary furnishings around a stone fireplace, floor to ceiling windows and walk-out access to the back patio. Upstairs, three bedrooms offer guests a choice of sleep space. Two guest rooms include king beds and the third two full beds. Each room is impeccably appointed with plush bedding and flat screen TVs and additional bedding is offered by the queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This spacious Greenbriar townhome puts you within walking distance of Nottingham Lake, the Westin gondola, and popular downtown restaurants -- including Vin48. The area is rife with scenic hiking trails, and the bus route to Beaver Creek is right outside your front door. With 1,754 square feet over three stories, this townhome is a choice spot for your Colorado getaway. A full suite of helpful appliances includes a dishwasher and electric range, and enjoy the fresh alpine air on a private balcony off the living area.

Arrowhead Village, a quiet and peaceful community located just two miles west of Beaver Creek, features both condominiums and private homes. Condominiums are located within 250 yards of the Arrowhead ski lift (premium and deluxe condominiums are less than a five-minute walk to the ski lift). Private homes are either walking distance or a short (up to 1 mile) shuttle ride to the lift.
