Each residence features attractively appointed granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, a gas fireplace, a washer and dryer in the home, dark wood floors, and air conditioning. Guests at The Ascent enjoy a heated indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor patio with fireplace and hot tub, fitness center, steam room, reading room, youth game room, adult sports lounge, ski storage lockers, on-site outdoor parking, and during ski season skier shuttle is available. Chalet Ursa is a three-bedroom ski-in, ski-out condo in Bachelor Gulch that sleeps up to eight people. Perched amongst the aspens and with stunning views, this condo features mountain western furnishings, a beautiful stone fireplace, and a private balcony, helping guests relax and enjoy their vacation. It provides the finest in luxury accommodation for any season.

Combining exquisite architecture and modern design, 762 Holden Road creates the ideal Rocky Mountain retreat. Newly remodeled, the home is a masterpiece accented by multistory windows, spacious living spaces and world-class furnishings. The main floor follows an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, rustic hardwood floors and sweeping views of Beaver Creek Mountain. Open to the main living area is a formal dining room with 10 guest chairs and a private patio featuring beautiful vistas of the surrounding landscape. Adjoining in the gourmet kitchen are commercial-grade appliances, state of the art kitchenware, spacious work area, bar seating for three and a breakfast nook for six. Just off the kitchen you’ll find a second patio leading to a private hot tub to help you unwind and soak under the stars. Three hot tubs and a year-round outdoor heated pool are located on the property, just a short walk from the residences. Each home has the additional luxury of underground heated parking. A designated ski locker for each home ensures you have safe storage of your equipment when you’re not on the mountain. Village Transportation provides complimentary door to door service anywhere within Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch.
