Guests at The Ascent enjoy a heated indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor patio with fireplace and hot tub, fitness center, steam room, reading room, youth game room, adult sports lounge, ski storage lockers, on-site outdoor parking, and during ski season skier shuttle is available. The shuttle schedule is posted in the ski locker room and is subject to change.

The Enclave offers individual homes situated along the Beaver Creek Golf Course. These spacious homes have large windows, vaulted ceilings and access to snowshoeing on the golf course. The complimentary resort Dial-A-Ride shuttle makes getting to the village and slopes a breeze. Guests enjoy two outdoor hot tubs year-round, and a tennis court and heated pool in the summer.

Arrowhead Village, a quiet and peaceful community located just two miles west of Beaver Creek, features both condominiums and private homes. Condominiums are located within 250 yards of the Arrowhead ski lift (premium and deluxe condominiums are less than a five-minute walk to the ski lift). Private homes are either walking distance or a short (up to 1 mile) shuttle ride to the lift. Arrowhead Village offers a community pool, hot tubs, outdoor fire pit (winter only), restaurant (winter only) and other amenities. Arrowhead Village is great for families who want to eat in several nights a week or let their children explore the resort in a safe and friendly environment. Guests can enjoy European-style, village-to-village skiing between Arrowhead and Bachelor Gulch villages. A car is recommended for those who want to venture out of the village for more dining options and other activities.

Beaver Creek Landing is a luxury ski-in/ski-out property located in the valley of Beaver Creek Resort. The Lower Beaver Creek Mountain Express chairlift is mere steps from the private ski locker rooms, providing direct access to the slopes of Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek. Gather around the fireplace in the lobby and watch TV or play pool, foosball or chess on the oversized coffee table board. Guests at Beaver Creek Landing can enjoy access to the year-round outdoor pool and hot tubs, fire pit, and on-site fitness facility. Hop on Village Transportation right next to the lift to travel up into the heart of Beaver Creek Village in a matter of minutes. The Kiva is conveniently located in upper Beaver Creek and features its own ski-way just steps from the end of the building that provides easy ski-in, ski-out access to the slopes of Beaver Creek Mountain. The Kiva, privately tucked away on the Eastern side of Beaver Creek in the Highlands area, gives you the feeling of being away from everything and close to the action at the same time. Residences are spacious, with large bedrooms and en suite baths. The property has a large, year-round pool and patio area with two hot tubs, lounge chairs, BBQ grills, steam and sauna with a private changing area. While staying at the Kiva, you can enjoy complimentary wireless Internet, a washer and dryer in every home, and covered parking. Please note that there is no air conditioning in these vacation rentals. Complimentary Village Transportation shuttle is available to take guests anywhere within Beaver Creek Resort.

The Village Hall Condominiums are a favorite among guests wishing to be in the middle of the action. The property is perfectly situated, just steps from the Centennial chairlift and the village plaza. You can walk to all of the village restaurants and shops within minutes.
