The Ascent is located adjacent to the main entrance to the world-class Beaver Creek Resort with convenient access to the town of Avon. Beauty is in the details of The Ascent. Each residence features attractively appointed granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, a gas fireplace, a washer and dryer in the home, dark wood floors, and air conditioning. Guests at The Ascent enjoy a heated indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor patio with fireplace and hot tub, fitness center, steam room, reading room, youth game room, adult sports lounge, ski storage lockers, on-site outdoor parking, and during ski season skier shuttle is available. The shuttle schedule is posted in the ski locker room and is subject to change.

Conveniently located, Centennial Chairlift is a short ski down and all the village shops and restaurants are just steps away. Inside, the home spans two levels of cozy and comfortable living space. Just off the main entry, the kitchen has everything needed to whip up a delicious family meal and the breakfast bar and dining table combine to seat nine. Down a few steps, the sunken living room has contemporary furnishings around a stone fireplace, floor to ceiling windows and walk-out access to the back patio. Upstairs, three bedrooms offer guests a choice of sleep space. Two guest rooms include king beds and the third two full beds. Each room is impeccably appointed with plush bedding and flat screen TVs and additional bedding is offered by the queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Buffalo Park is a spacious condominium located near the base of the Arrowhead chairlift. With gorgeous mountain views and a quick walk to the Arrowhead chairlift, this 2,700 square foot condominium offers vaulted ceilings, a huge living room, underground parking, in-unit washer and dryer, and a spacious deck overlooking the slopes. Guests of Buffalo Park can use the summer and winter season Arrowhead pool and hot tubs located just down the street. In the winter, Dial-A-Ride bus service is available during the day to take you to Beaver Creek. A private vehicle is recommended for evening transportation.

The Kiva, privately tucked away on the Eastern side of Beaver Creek in the Highlands area, gives you the feeling of being away from everything and close to the action at the same time. Residences are spacious, with large bedrooms and en suite baths. The property has a large, year-round pool and patio area with two hot tubs, lounge chairs, BBQ grills, steam and sauna with a private changing area. While staying at the Kiva, you can enjoy complimentary wireless Internet, a washer and dryer in every home, and covered parking. Please note that there is no air conditioning in these vacation rentals. Complimentary Village Transportation shuttle is available to take guests anywhere within Beaver Creek Resort.
