From the elegant furnishing to the fully equipped kitchens and well equipped kitchenettes, each villa offers a tranquil place to relax after a day on the slopes

The Ascent is located adjacent to the main entrance to the world-class Beaver Creek Resort with convenient access to the town of Avon. Beauty is in the details of The Ascent. Each residence features attractively appointed granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, a gas fireplace, a washer and dryer in the home, dark wood floors, and air conditioning. Guests at The Ascent enjoy a heated indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor patio with fireplace and hot tub, fitness center, steam room, reading room, youth game room, adult sports lounge, ski storage lockers, on-site outdoor parking, and during ski season skier shuttle is available. The shuttle schedule is posted in the ski locker room and is subject to change.

Arrowhead Village, a quiet and peaceful community located just two miles west of Beaver Creek, features both condominiums and private homes. Condominiums are located within 250 yards of the Arrowhead ski lift (premium and deluxe condominiums are less than a five-minute walk to the ski lift). Private homes are either walking distance or a short (up to 1 mile) shuttle ride to the lift. Arrowhead Village offers a community pool, hot tubs, outdoor fire pit (winter only), restaurant (winter only) and other amenities. Arrowhead Village is great for families who want to eat in several nights a week or let their children explore the resort in a safe and friendly environment. Guests can enjoy European-style, village-to-village skiing between Arrowhead and Bachelor Gulch villages. A car is recommended for those who want to venture out of the village for more dining options and other activities.

Aspenwood Lodge is located at the base of the Arrowhead ski village, just a short walk to the ski slopes. Condos each have a full kitchen, private deck, washer/dryer, and underground parking for one vehicle. This property is also just a short walk to the Arrowhead pool and hot tubs which are open summer and winter seasons. Enjoy the village to village ski experience or take the free shuttle bus to Bachelor Gulch or Beaver Creek. A private vehicle is recommended for evening transportation.

With truly one of the best locations in exclusive Bachelor Gulch, Hummingbird Lodge is a ski-in/ski-out condominium property only minutes from The Ritz-Carlton and Bachelor Gulch ski lift. With two outdoor hot tubs and a fire pit, a fitness room, ski lockers and a spacious lobby with a fireplace and pool table, Hummingbird Lodge offers guests a luxury experience in the perfect setting.

Located in Beaver Creek Village, the Centennial Lodge is within walking distance of more than 50 shops and galleries. Ski-ways are just steps from the ski locker room and provide ski-in/ski-out access to and from the Elkhorn Lift and the slopes. Outside, the year round heated pool, hot tubs and comfortable lounge chairs entice skiers after a day on the slopes. Just off the lobby, a fitness center awaits those who want an extra work out. The two- and three-bedroom suites are designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Every suite has a fully equipped custom kitchen, fireplace, flat screen TVs in every bedroom, washer and dryer and jetted soaking tub in the master. The studios have all the comforts of home on a smaller scale: fully equipped kitchenette, fireplace, flat screen TV and a jetted soaking tub. Complimentary laundry facilities are available on the third floor. Please note that the Hyatt Mountain Lodge is a shared ownership property. The dates available are released in one week intervals from Saturday to Saturday. Stays that fall within that pattern will have a greater likelihood of availability. Dates that cross over from one week to another are not likely to be available.
