At the Elkhorn Lodge simply walk out your door and catch the Elkhorn Lift (Chair 14) for a true ski-in and ski-out experience from mid-December through March. Amenities include Ski-in/ski-out, Concierge service, Fully equipped kitchens, Ski storage, Outdoor hot tub, Patios and/or balconies in larger units, State of the art exercise facility, Fireplaces, Oversized bathrooms with jetted tubs in larger units, Washers and dryers, Heated underground parking, and Executive board room. Complimentary resort shuttle service.

Hyatt Mountain Lodge, designed in the tradition of European alpine architecture, is located in the heart of Beaver Creek. Guests are just across the street from shopping and dining, as well as the year-round ice-skating rink and Vilar Performing Arts Center. Ski-ways are just steps from the ski locker room and provide ski-in/ski-out access to and from the Elkhorn Lift and the slopes. Outside, the year round heated pool, hot tubs and comfortable lounge chairs entice skiers after a day on the slopes. Just off the lobby, a fitness center awaits those who want an extra work out. The two- and three-bedroom suites are designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Every suite has a fully equipped custom kitchen, fireplace, flat screen TVs in every bedroom, washer and dryer and jetted soaking tub in the master. The studios have all the comforts of home on a smaller scale: fully equipped kitchenette, fireplace, flat screen TV and a jetted soaking tub. Complimentary laundry facilities are available on the third floor. Please note that the Hyatt Mountain Lodge is a shared ownership property. The dates available are released in one week intervals from Saturday to Saturday. Stays that fall within that pattern will have a greater likelihood of availability. Dates that cross over from one week to another are not likely to be available.

Combining exquisite architecture and modern design, 762 Holden Road creates the ideal Rocky Mountain retreat. Newly remodeled, the home is a masterpiece accented by multistory windows, spacious living spaces and world-class furnishings. The main floor follows an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, rustic hardwood floors and sweeping views of Beaver Creek Mountain. Open to the main living area is a formal dining room with 10 guest chairs and a private patio featuring beautiful vistas of the surrounding landscape. Adjoining in the gourmet kitchen are commercial-grade appliances, state of the art kitchenware, spacious work area, bar seating for three and a breakfast nook for six. Just off the kitchen you’ll find a second patio leading to a private hot tub to help you unwind and soak under the stars. Upstairs a loft office overlooks the main level and a neighboring guest suite offers a king bed and private bath. Four additional bedrooms, each with a full bath, are split between the main floor and lower level. The master suite is spacious with a stone fireplace, plush king bed and private deck, while the lower level guest rooms offer a selection of king, twin or bunk beds. In the artfully designed bunk room are eight bunks, each with their own flat screen TVs built-in and a large bath featuring a trough style sink. Also on the lower level is a second living room with a fireplace, flat screen TV, popcorn machine and home cinema. Luxurious amenities continue with a gas fire pit outside and complimentary Dial-A-Ride shuttle service.
