204 Elk Track Road is a five-bedroom private home in Beaver Creek, a short distance from the iconic Beaver Creek Chapel and, therefore, from Beaver Creek Village itself. There are views to Larkspur Bowl from the dining room and also to some of the front side runs of Beaver Creek from the east-facing sitting room. Village Connect offers a free shuttle service to help you access the slopes and Beaver Creek Village.

Arrowhead Village, a quiet and peaceful community located just two miles west of Beaver Creek, features both condominiums and private homes. Condominiums are located within 250 yards of the Arrowhead ski lift (premium and deluxe condominiums are less than a five-minute walk to the ski lift). Private homes are either walking distance or a short (up to 1 mile) shuttle ride to the lift. Arrowhead Village offers a community pool, hot tubs, outdoor fire pit (winter only), restaurant (winter only) and other amenities. Arrowhead Village is great for families who want to eat in several nights a week or let their children explore the resort in a safe and friendly environment. Guests can enjoy European-style, village-to-village skiing between Arrowhead and Bachelor Gulch villages. A car is recommended for those who want to venture out of the village for more dining options and other activities.

Perfect for couples or small families, this gorgeously remodeled condo offers central living in Avon. Ideally situated next to Nottingham Lake, this one-bedroom features a quiet, covered patio with tree-lined views - the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or nightcap. It also offers direct access to the park and Avon town center and the free Beaver Creek Mountain shuttle, are just a short walk away. Cozy up on either one of the plush sofas or futon with a new electric fireplace (with heating element) in the sunken living room that provides an elevated touch of ambiance and plenty of warmth to augment the baseboard heating. You’ll also find a private hot tub on the property to enjoy.

The home is in close proximity to Arrowhead Lift, which is less than a 5 minute walk away along heated walkways in the heart of Arrowhead Village. Guests at 105 Pinecone Lodge can also enjoy the communal pool and hot tub facilities, available in both the summer and winter seasons. During the winter, guests are able to ski to both Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek villages as part of the Village-to-Village ski experience. This property is also just a short walk to the Arrowhead pool and hot tubs which are open summer and winter seasons. Enjoy the village to village ski experience or take the free shuttle bus to Bachelor Gulch or Beaver Creek. A private vehicle is recommended for evening transportation.
