Each residence features attractively appointed granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, a gas fireplace, a washer and dryer in the home, dark wood floors, and air conditioning. Guests at The Ascent enjoy a heated indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor patio with fireplace and hot tub, fitness center, steam room, reading room, youth game room, adult sports lounge, ski storage lockers, on-site outdoor parking, and during ski season skier shuttle is available. The shuttle schedule is posted in the ski locker room and is subject to change.

The Enclave offers individual homes situated along the Beaver Creek Golf Course. These spacious homes have large windows, vaulted ceilings and access to snowshoeing on the golf course. The complimentary resort Dial-A-Ride shuttle makes getting to the village and slopes a breeze. Guests enjoy two outdoor hot tubs year-round, and a tennis court and heated pool in the summer.

The design and architecture of the elite Ritz-Carlton Penthouses were inspired by the grand lodges of the West and feature native materials, such as hewn logs, timbers and stone. Located on Beaver Creek Mountain at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch, the Penthouses offer an exclusive, yet convenient location to Beaver Creek Village and all excitement and adventure the Vail Valley area can provide. The Penthouses provide ski –in/ski- out access and guests have full access to the hotel’s amenities and services, including and the Ritz-Carlton’s award-winning 21,000-square-foot spa. Avon Condominiums offer privacy coupled with the best resort amenities, convenience and accessibility to Beaver Creek. Accommodations range from one to three bedroom condos. Spacious one bedroom suites average 421 square feet and feature a queen bed, kitchenette and a wood-burning fireplace. Three bedroom suites offer two additional bedrooms containing a queen bed, each with an en suite bathroom. All accommodations offer two flat screen TV’s, a queen pullout sleeper sofa, and a private balcony.

The home is in close proximity to Arrowhead Lift, which is less than a 5 minute walk away along heated walkways in the heart of Arrowhead Village. Guests at 105 Pinecone Lodge can also enjoy the communal pool and hot tub facilities, available in both the summer and winter seasons. During the winter, guests are able to ski to both Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek villages as part of the Village-to-Village ski experience. Hyatt Mountain Lodge, designed in the tradition of European alpine architecture, is located in the heart of Beaver Creek. Guests are just across the street from shopping and dining, as well as the year-round ice-skating rink and Vilar Performing Arts Center. Ski-ways are just steps from the ski locker room and provide ski-in/ski-out access to and from the Elkhorn Lift and the slopes. Outside, the year round heated pool, hot tubs and comfortable lounge chairs entice skiers after a day on the slopes. Just off the lobby, a fitness center awaits those who want an extra work out. The two- and three-bedroom suites are designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Every suite has a fully equipped custom kitchen, fireplace, flat screen TVs in every bedroom, washer and dryer and jetted soaking tub in the master. The studios have all the comforts of home on a smaller scale: fully equipped kitchenette, fireplace, flat screen TV and a jetted soaking tub. Complimentary laundry facilities are available on the third floor. Please note that the Hyatt Mountain Lodge is a shared ownership property. The dates available are released in one week intervals from Saturday to Saturday. Stays that fall within that pattern will have a greater likelihood of availability. Dates that cross over from one week to another are not likely to be available.

Aspenwood Lodge is located at the base of the Arrowhead ski village, just a short walk to the ski slopes. Condos each have a full kitchen, private deck, washer/dryer, and underground parking for one vehicle. This property is also just a short walk to the Arrowhead pool and hot tubs which are open summer and winter seasons. Enjoy the village to village ski experience or take the free shuttle bus to Bachelor Gulch or Beaver Creek. A private vehicle is recommended for evening transportation.
