Hyatt Mountain Lodge, designed in the tradition of European alpine architecture, is located in the heart of Beaver Creek. Guests are just across the street from shopping and dining, as well as the year-round ice-skating rink and Vilar Performing Arts Center. Ski-ways are just steps from the ski locker room and provide ski-in/ski-out access to and from the Elkhorn Lift and the slopes. Outside, the year round heated pool, hot tubs and comfortable lounge chairs entice skiers after a day on the slopes. Just off the lobby, a fitness center awaits those who want an extra work out. The two- and three-bedroom suites are designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Every suite has a fully equipped custom kitchen, fireplace, flat screen TVs in every bedroom, washer and dryer and jetted soaking tub in the master. The studios have all the comforts of home on a smaller scale: fully equipped kitchenette, fireplace, flat screen TV and a jetted soaking tub. Complimentary laundry facilities are available on the third floor. Please note that the Hyatt Mountain Lodge is a shared ownership property. The dates available are released in one week intervals from Saturday to Saturday. Stays that fall within that pattern will have a greater likelihood of availability. Dates that cross over from one week to another are not likely to be available.

The Ascent is located adjacent to the main entrance to the world-class Beaver Creek Resort with convenient access to the town of Avon. Beauty is in the details of The Ascent. Guests at The Ascent enjoy a heated indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor patio with fireplace and hot tub, fitness center, steam room, reading room, youth game room, adult sports lounge, ski storage lockers, on-site outdoor parking, and during ski season skier shuttle is available. The shuttle schedule is posted in the ski locker room and is subject to change.

Turn up the gas fireplace and settle in with a film on the 50” TV equipped with cable and surround sound. For skiing, hop aboard the complimentary bus shuttle pick-up which is located across the street to be whisked away to the resort.

Walking in the front door you’ll find yourself in the ski hall where you can store your gear and heat boots with the boot warmers. From this hall, you'll access the Highlands Skiway. From the main level of this home, simply walk out the back door and down three steps to find yourself on the Highlands Skiway.

The Enclave offers individual homes situated along the Beaver Creek Golf Course. These spacious homes have large windows, vaulted ceilings and access to snowshoeing on the golf course.
