The Town of Avon is located at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain in the heart of the Vail Valley's local community. Avon offers full service grocery stores, shops, galleries, a wide variety of restaurants, a late night coffee shop, bars, a recreation center, and Avon Lake with ice skating in the winter and paddle boating, sand volleyball and jogging trails in the summer. Avon Condominiums offer privacy coupled with the best resort amenities, convenience and accessibility to Beaver Creek. Accommodations range from one to three bedroom condos. The Penthouses provide ski –in/ski- out access and guests have full access to the hotel’s amenities and services, including and the Ritz-Carlton’s award-winning 21,000-square-foot spa. No matter which Penthouse you choose you can enjoy a spacious and well-appointed living and sleeping areas with stone fireplaces, fully-equipped commercial kitchens and formal dining areas. Aspenwood Lodge is located at the base of the Arrowhead ski village, just a short walk to the ski slopes. Condos each have a full kitchen, private deck, washer/dryer, and underground parking for one vehicle. This property is also just a short walk to the Arrowhead pool and hot tubs which are open summer and winter seasons. Enjoy the village to village ski experience or take the free shuttle bus to Bachelor Gulch or Beaver Creek. A private vehicle is recommended for evening transportation.

Poised at the foot of Beaver Creek Mountain, the Park Hyatt of Beaver Creek offers every conceivable luxury. Private homes are either walking distance or a short (up to 1 mile) shuttle ride to the lift. Arrowhead Village offers a community pool, hot tubs, outdoor fire pit (winter only), restaurant (winter only) and other amenities. Arrowhead Village is great for families who want to eat in several nights a week or let their children explore the resort in a safe and friendly environment. Guests can enjoy European-style, village-to-village skiing between Arrowhead and Bachelor Gulch villages. A car is recommended for those who want to venture out of the village for more dining options and other activities.
