The Penthouses provide ski –in/ski- out access and guests have full access to the hotel’s amenities and services, including and the Ritz-Carlton’s award-winning 21,000-square-foot spa. No matter which Penthouse you choose you can enjoy a spacious and well-appointed living and sleeping areas with stone fireplaces, fully-equipped commercial kitchens and formal dining areas. Bedroom suites feature private bathrooms, some with Italian marble, steam showers, heated floors and two-person whirlpool tubs. Features include in-suite washers and dryers, air-conditioning, and hardwood floors.

This one-level, three-bedroom residence can comfortably sleep up to 8 people. Guest will appreciate the modern décor and open floor plan. The Ascent is located adjacent to the main entrance to the world-class Beaver Creek Resort with convenient access to the town of Avon. Beauty is in the details of The Ascent. Each residence features attractively appointed granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, a gas fireplace, a washer and dryer in the home, dark wood floors, and air conditioning. Guests at The Ascent enjoy a heated indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor patio with fireplace and hot tub, fitness center, steam room, reading room, youth game room, adult sports lounge, ski storage lockers, on-site outdoor parking, and during ski season skier shuttle is available. The shuttle schedule is posted in the ski locker room and is subject to change.

Hyatt Mountain Lodge, designed in the tradition of European alpine architecture, is located in the heart of Beaver Creek. Guests are just across the street from shopping and dining, as well as the year-round ice-skating rink and Vilar Performing Arts Center. Ski-ways are just steps from the ski locker room and provide ski-in/ski-out access to and from the Elkhorn Lift and the slopes. Outside, the year round heated pool, hot tubs and comfortable lounge chairs entice skiers after a day on the slopes. Just off the lobby, a fitness center awaits those who want an extra work out. The two- and three-bedroom suites are designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Every suite has a fully equipped custom kitchen, fireplace, flat screen TVs in every bedroom, washer and dryer and jetted soaking tub in the master. The studios have all the comforts of home on a smaller scale: fully equipped kitchenette, fireplace, flat screen TV and a jetted soaking tub. Complimentary laundry facilities are available on the third floor. Please note that the Hyatt Mountain Lodge is a shared ownership property. The dates available are released in one week intervals from Saturday to Saturday. Stays that fall within that pattern will have a greater likelihood of availability. Dates that cross over from one week to another are not likely to be available.

Completely renovated in 2019, including air conditioning in the main living areas, multi-level (4 floors + 3 half-floors), four-bedroom plus den, townhome can comfortably sleep up to 12 people. Guest will appreciate the modern décor and open floor plan. The abundance of windows and western views offers incredible mountain sunsets. Additional highlights in this residence include a 10-person dining table, four-person breakfast bar, burning fireplace, 65”tv and private hot tub.

204 Elk Track Road is a five-bedroom private home in Beaver Creek, a short distance from the iconic Beaver Creek Chapel and, therefore, from Beaver Creek Village itself. There are views to Larkspur Bowl from the dining room and also to some of the front side runs of Beaver Creek from the east-facing sitting room. Village Connect offers a free shuttle service to help you access the slopes and Beaver Creek Village.

Combining exquisite architecture and modern design, 762 Holden Road creates the ideal Rocky Mountain retreat. Newly remodeled, the home is a masterpiece accented by multistory windows, spacious living spaces and world-class furnishings. The main floor follows an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, rustic hardwood floors and sweeping views of Beaver Creek Mountain. Open to the main living area is a formal dining room with 10 guest chairs and a private patio featuring beautiful vistas of the surrounding landscape. Adjoining in the gourmet kitchen are commercial-grade appliances, state of the art kitchenware, spacious work area, bar seating for three and a breakfast nook for six. Just off the kitchen you’ll find a second patio leading to a private hot tub to help you unwind and soak under the stars. Upstairs a loft office overlooks the main level and a neighboring guest suite offers a king bed and private bath. Four additional bedrooms, each with a full bath, are split between the main floor and lower level. The master suite is spacious with a stone fireplace, plush king bed and private deck, while the lower level guest rooms offer a selection of king, twin or bunk beds. In the artfully designed bunk room are eight bunks, each with their own flat screen TVs built-in and a large bath featuring a trough style sink. Also on the lower level is a second living room with a fireplace, flat screen TV, popcorn machine and home cinema. Luxurious amenities continue with a gas fire pit outside and complimentary Dial-A-Ride shuttle service.
