Lodge at Brookside

The Town of Avon is located at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain in the heart of the Vail Valley's local community. Enjoy economical lodging opportunities with a relaxed and welcoming ambiance only minutes by free shuttle to the slopes of Beaver Creek. Avon offers full service grocery stores, shops, galleries, a wide variety of restaurants, a late night coffee shop, bars, a recreation center, and Avon Lake with ice skating in the winter and paddle boating, sand volleyball and jogging trails in the summer. Avon Condominiums offer privacy coupled with the best resort amenities, convenience and accessibility to Beaver Creek. Accommodations range from one to three bedroom condos. Some Amenities include complimentary covered parking, patios and/or balconies, fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens, washers and dryers, cable or satellite TV, and DVD or VCR.

Nottingham Nook

Perfect for couples or small families, this gorgeously remodeled condo offers central living in Avon. Ideally situated next to Nottingham Lake, this one-bedroom features a quiet, covered patio with tree-lined views - the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or nightcap. It also offers direct access to the park and Avon town center and the free Beaver Creek Mountain shuttle, are just a short walk away. Cozy up on either one of the plush sofas or futon with a new electric fireplace (with heating element) in the sunken living room that provides an elevated touch of ambiance and plenty of warmth to augment the baseboard heating. You’ll also find a private hot tub on the property to enjoy.

Borders Lodge

Nestled into the hillside, you will be situated in one of Beaver Creek’s most coveted ski-in/ski-out locations. In the summer, hike among the Colorado wildflowers just outside our doors and in the winter, load the Elkhorn lift for instant ski access. Offering elevated comfort, enjoy residence features such as mountain and village views from the balcony, well-appointed kitchens, stone fireplaces and private laundry. Arrowhead Village

Arrowhead Village, a quiet and peaceful community located just two miles west of Beaver Creek, features both condominiums and private homes. Condominiums are located within 250 yards of the Arrowhead ski lift (premium and deluxe condominiums are less than a five-minute walk to the ski lift). Private homes are either walking distance or a short (up to 1 mile) shuttle ride to the lift. Arrowhead Village offers a community pool, hot tubs, outdoor fire pit (winter only), restaurant (winter only) and other amenities. Arrowhead Village is great for families who want to eat in several nights a week or let their children explore the resort in a safe and friendly environment. Guests can enjoy European-style, village-to-village skiing between Arrowhead and Bachelor Gulch villages. A car is recommended for those who want to venture out of the village for more dining options and other activities.

Hyatt Mountain Lodge

Hyatt Mountain Lodge, designed in the tradition of European alpine architecture, is located in the heart of Beaver Creek. Guests are just across the street from shopping and dining, as well as the year-round ice-skating rink and Vilar Performing Arts Center. Ski-ways are just steps from the ski locker room and provide ski-in/ski-out access to and from the Elkhorn Lift and the slopes. Outside, the year round heated pool, hot tubs and comfortable lounge chairs entice skiers after a day on the slopes. Just off the lobby, a fitness center awaits those who want an extra work out. The two- and three-bedroom suites are designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Every suite has a fully equipped custom kitchen, fireplace, flat screen TVs in every bedroom, washer and dryer and jetted soaking tub in the master. The studios have all the comforts of home on a smaller scale: fully equipped kitchenette, fireplace, flat screen TV and a jetted soaking tub. Complimentary laundry facilities are available on the third floor. Please note that the Hyatt Mountain Lodge is a shared ownership property. The dates available are released in one week intervals from Saturday to Saturday. Stays that fall within that pattern will have a greater likelihood of availability. Dates that cross over from one week to another are not likely to be available.

Highlands Slopeside

Stay in Highlands Slopeside and enjoy the ease of having Beaver Creek Mountain’s ski runs right outside your door. Located in The Highlands, the aptly named Highlands Slopeside’s three-bedroom homes offer both spectacular mountain views and dramatic valley vistas. For guests looking for a luxury, on-mountain vacation rental, these bi-level residences provide the perfect solution. Guests can ski in and out from the patios of several of these residences; the rest utilize the convenient first floor ski locker room, with access right onto the Haymeadow run. Relax in the property’s great room, complete with a stone fireplace and a deck overlooking the slopes. It’s hard to beat Highlands Slopeside for the views, ski access or comfort.

Buckhorn Townhomes

Buckhorn Townhomes are the best combination of comfort and luxury. Vaulted ceilings, stone fire places, rustic log walls, gourmet kitchens and large outdoor spaces make these homes a great choice for a Bachelor Gulch vacation. Spectacular views and great ski access give you the real feeling that you are on a mountain getaway. Located just up the hill from the Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch, you can ski down to the base of the Bachelor Gulch Express Lift in a matter of a minute or two. Village Transportation provides complimentary door to door service anywhere within Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch. Guests staying in this residence may use the pool and hot tubs at the Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch.

Townsend Place

Found next to a quiet, meandering creek, these condos offer convenience and relaxation. Guests visiting the Beaver Creek area from mid-December to early April will enjoy the ski-in/ski-out access (conditions permitting) to the phenomenal slopes of Beaver Creek Mountain. Hop on the complimentary Dial-A-Ride shuttle and in less than five minutes you can be shopping, dining or enjoying some of the year-round resort activities. These condominiums provide spacious vacation living at a price that won’t break the bank. Each condo includes a wood-burning fireplace, washer and dryer units, private balcony and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a community outdoor hot tub.
