Arrowhead Village, a quiet and peaceful community located just two miles west of Beaver Creek, features both condominiums and private homes. Condominiums are located within 250 yards of the Arrowhead ski lift (premium and deluxe condominiums are less than a five-minute walk to the ski lift). Private homes are either walking distance or a short (up to 1 mile) shuttle ride to the lift. Arrowhead Village offers a community pool, hot tubs, outdoor fire pit (winter only), restaurant (winter only) and other amenities. Arrowhead Village is great for families who want to eat in several nights a week or let their children explore the resort in a safe and friendly environment. Guests can enjoy European-style, village-to-village skiing between Arrowhead and Bachelor Gulch villages. A car is recommended for those who want to venture out of the village for more dining options and other activities.

Sky Watch is a collection of private homes, ranging in sizes of 6 and 7 bedrooms, located in Bachelor Gulch. These homes are located slopeside and feature magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. Key features include vaulted ceilings and designer decor, gourmet kitchens with granite countertops, and a spacious great room.

Sleek, mountain decor graces every room in this beautiful Arrowhead residence. Entertaining is easy with a gourmet kitchen, dining area with seating for six, a spacious living room with a gas fireplace and a private patio with a gas grill. From the main entrance of the home or the attached 2-car garage, you'll enter the kitchen with granite countertops, wine fridge and breakfast bar seating for four. Just beyond the kitchen is the dining area with seating for six and a great room with flat-screen TV, gas fireplace and large leather wrap-around sofa. A dining area has room to seat 16 guests.
