Residents have convenient access to the slopes and on-demand shuttle services for access to the shops, restaurants and bars in Beaver Creek Village, as well as to Bachelor Gulch and Arrowhead.

Nestled in one of the original and most prestigious neighborhoods in Beaver Creek, Founders Lodge is a magnificent ski-in/ski-out retreat that combines mountain elegance with modern luxury and has all the amenities for the ultimate family ski or summer vacation.

The Enclave offers individual homes situated along the Beaver Creek Golf Course. These spacious homes have large windows, vaulted ceilings and access to snowshoeing on the golf course. The complimentary resort Dial-A-Ride shuttle makes getting to the village and slopes a breeze. Guests enjoy two outdoor hot tubs year-round, and a tennis court and heated pool in the summer.

204 Elk Track Road is a five-bedroom private home in Beaver Creek, a short distance from the iconic Beaver Creek Chapel and, therefore, from Beaver Creek Village itself. There are views to Larkspur Bowl from the dining room and also to some of the front side runs of Beaver Creek from the east-facing sitting room. Village Connect offers a free shuttle service to help you access the slopes and Beaver Creek Village.

Sleek, mountain decor graces every room in this beautiful Arrowhead residence. Entertaining is easy with a gourmet kitchen, dining area with seating for six, a spacious living room with a gas fireplace and a private patio with a gas grill. From the main entrance of the home or the attached 2-car garage, you'll enter the kitchen with granite countertops, wine fridge and breakfast bar seating for four. Just beyond the kitchen is the dining area with seating for six and a great room with flat-screen TV, gas fireplace and large leather wrap-around sofa. Also on this level are three bedrooms, including the master suite with a king bed, flat-screen TV, patio access, as well as its own en suite bath with Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom on this level has a queen bed with a flat-screen TV and en suite bath with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom also has a queen bed and flat-screen TV and uses the bathroom just down the hall with a shower-tub combo.

Arrowhead Village, a quiet and peaceful community located just two miles west of Beaver Creek, features both condominiums and private homes. Condominiums are located within 250 yards of the Arrowhead ski lift (premium and deluxe condominiums are less than a five-minute walk to the ski lift). Private homes are either walking distance or a short (up to 1 mile) shuttle ride to the lift. Arrowhead Village offers a community pool, hot tubs, outdoor fire pit (winter only), restaurant (winter only) and other amenities. Arrowhead Village is great for families who want to eat in several nights a week or let their children explore the resort in a safe and friendly environment. Guests can enjoy European-style, village-to-village skiing between Arrowhead and Bachelor Gulch villages. A car is recommended for those who want to venture out of the village for more dining options and other activities.
