With over 4,200 square foot of living space, the home comfortably sleeps up to 12 with two master suites, ideal for friends and family to share. Residents have convenient access to the slopes and on-demand shuttle services for access to the shops, restaurants and bars in Beaver Creek Village, as well as to Bachelor Gulch and Arrowhead.

Falcon Lodge is a 4,500 sq ft home featuring 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths, all tastefully decorated. Three separate a living rooms plus a large stone wood-burning fireplace provide plenty of space for a large group to spread out. The gourmet kitchen offers a Thermador gas range and stove, Sub-Zero Refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, trash compactor and is fully stocked with all utensils and cookware. A dining area has room to seat 16 guests.

The Enclave offers individual homes situated along the Beaver Creek Golf Course. These spacious homes have large windows, vaulted ceilings and access to snowshoeing on the golf course. The complimentary resort Dial-A-Ride shuttle makes getting to the village and slopes a breeze. Guests enjoy two outdoor hot tubs year-round, and a tennis court and heated pool in the summer.

Arrowhead Village, a quiet and peaceful community located just two miles west of Beaver Creek, features both condominiums and private homes. Condominiums are located within 250 yards of the Arrowhead ski lift (premium and deluxe condominiums are less than a five-minute walk to the ski lift). Private homes are either walking distance or a short (up to 1 mile) shuttle ride to the lift.
