Sky Watch is a collection of private homes, ranging in sizes of 6 and 7 bedrooms, located in Bachelor Gulch. These homes are located slopeside and feature magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. Key features include vaulted ceilings and designer decor, gourmet kitchens with granite countertops, and a spacious great room.

Arrowhead Village, a quiet and peaceful community located just two miles west of Beaver Creek, features both condominiums and private homes. Condominiums are located within 250 yards of the Arrowhead ski lift (premium and deluxe condominiums are less than a five-minute walk to the ski lift). Private homes are either walking distance or a short (up to 1 mile) shuttle ride to the lift. Arrowhead Village offers a community pool, hot tubs, outdoor fire pit (winter only), restaurant (winter only) and other amenities. Arrowhead Village is great for families who want to eat in several nights a week or let their children explore the resort in a safe and friendly environment. Guests can enjoy European-style, village-to-village skiing between Arrowhead and Bachelor Gulch villages. A car is recommended for those who want to venture out of the village for more dining options and other activities.

204 Elk Track Road is a five-bedroom private home in Beaver Creek, a short distance from the iconic Beaver Creek Chapel and, therefore, from Beaver Creek Village itself. There are views to Larkspur Bowl from the dining room and also to some of the front side runs of Beaver Creek from the east-facing sitting room. Village Connect offers a free shuttle service to help you access the slopes and Beaver Creek Village.
