With over 4,200 square foot of living space, the home comfortably sleeps up to 12 with two master suites, ideal for friends and family to share. Residents have convenient access to the slopes and on-demand shuttle services for access to the shops, restaurants and bars in Beaver Creek Village, as well as to Bachelor Gulch and Arrowhead.

Falcon Lodge is a 4,500 sq ft home featuring 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths, all tastefully decorated. Three separate a living rooms plus a large stone wood-burning fireplace provide plenty of space for a large group to spread out. The gourmet kitchen offers a Thermador gas range and stove, Sub-Zero Refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, trash compactor and is fully stocked with all utensils and cookware. A dining area has room to seat 16 guests.

Condominiums are located within 250 yards of the Arrowhead ski lift (premium and deluxe condominiums are less than a five-minute walk to the ski lift). Private homes are either walking distance or a short (up to 1 mile) shuttle ride to the lift.
