This ski-in/ski-out home is in the exclusive Highlands neighborhood of Beaver Creek. Access the new Chondola' from the ski way just steps from your back door. The residence has detached garage parking, a spacious 3-bedroom floor plan, and a wood-burning fireplace. Walking in the front door you’ll find yourself in the ski hall where you can store your gear and heat boots with the boot warmers. From this hall, you'll access the Highlands Skiway. This main floor also features the living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a large smart flat-screen TV and patio access with gas grill.
